I scheduled an appointment to see Dr Patel for a sinus issue. Making an appointment was no problem. The staff makes it very easy. There was a minimal wait time when I arrived at the office. The office was very busy and I can see why. Dr Patel is extremely thorough and professional in his approach. I left the visit feeling like I was on my road to recovery with all of my questions answered. I have been a patient for several years and would highly recommend Dr Patel to anyone in search of an ENT physician.

I had a great first consultation with Dr. Patel and his team. Even before the appointment, he and his office were accommodating with early morning time slots and online check-in, which is super helpful. Once I arrived to the office I seen exactly on time. During the consult itself, Dr. Patel and his staff were super thorough, clear with their communication and made me feel at ease. He also took me through next steps on the process and made sure to send notes from the consult to my PCP immediately. I am very happy with my experience and look forward to my next visit. Thank you

Dr. Patel and his staff are highly professional. I was seen exactly at my appointment time, and he completed all the requisite tests with a thorough explanation of the tests and results. What I found particularly exceptional about Dr. Patel is that he’s a very kind, empathetic doctor. He does not view patient care as “transactional”.

Dr. Patel is one of the best doctors. I had a Balloon Sinuplasty done at the provider's office. The process was painless and quick. Dr. Patel provided me with all the information I needed to know for my recovery. The staff was nice and helpful all the time. I'm happy that I found an excellent doctor!

This is how a doctors office should run. Dr Patel is patient and personable. His staff is professional. I was seen within minutes. They even let me know upfront of potential costs. Like I said, a true case study for what a doctors office should be.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Nilesh Patel! I struggled to find a doctor and an make appointment for a long time. I called and the receptionist was very nice to give me an appointment in just a few days. I was experiencing a lot of ear pain that didn’t let me sleep. I definitely don’t regret the travel to get to his office. Very professional, very helpful and found a solution to the pain immediately! I was experiencing pain in my ear for almost a year. Really satisfied with the attention from Doctor and staff. Everyone was really nice. Definitely would recommend this place. Wait wasn’t even a long time and it’s very close to transportation.

BEST OF BEST!! Professional, understanding and knowledgeable !! Dr. Patel is a definition of a caring physician and i’m so happy i found him few years back and been a patient ever since. He is very empathetic but also reassuring. I have very sensitive ears and been struggling with some issues after i went deep diving. Dr. Patel and team were very attentive to my concerns and took time to address them. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for the BEST ENT in the city!!
